Thoughtful Maya

Maya was very helpful on Tuesday entertaining Iz while she had a blood transfusion at Hillman. All of the nurses got a big kick out of her. The funniest thing was when we went past the nurse's station to visit the fish tank and they all started to fuss over her. She was making very funny confused faces as if to say "who are you and why are you talking to me". Trying to win her over, one of the nurses handed her a lollipop. It worked. When Maya spied it she turned on a great big smile and even said, "Thank you."!

On Thursday, Maya was under the weather, so I decided she could stay in her pjs all day, working on her recovery. At one point I took her in the stroller for a walk. During the walk she looked down at her clothing and said,"I'm wearing my pajamas.
Isn't that silly!"
