Field Trips

Tuesday, Aunt Iz, Maya and I made another visit to Phipps. It was a beautiful day and Maya particularly enjoyed the children's garden and the pizza lunch.

In the afternoon Maya and I had a grand time building a display of her collection of rocks, buckeyes and pine cones.

Thursday we had our first music class with a program called KinderMusik. Maya was very quiet and observant until Miss Kathy won her heart by including "Ring Around the Rosy" as part of the lesson. This was the first of fifteen classes, so it will be interesting to see how Maya (and Bubbe) progress and is able to develop a beat.
