Model Seder for Passover

Holidays are a great reason to come together. Maya and I will both be out of town for Passover so we had a special event Saturday night to remember the Exodus, the four questions, Elijah and Miriam, and the Sun Celebration which only happens once every 28 years. We enjoyed a special vegetarian meal of Seitan Brisket with all the trimmings.
